This week's edition of Afrika in Focus examines the recent Russia-Afrika summit held in St Petersburg.
We explain why it is a waste of time for Afrikan leaders to attend the summit.
We advise the reasons behind Russia having this summit with Afrikan leaders including meeting its own security and national interests.
We state some of the geo-political and geo-economic reasons for Russia having this summit
We conclude that THE only way for Afrika to truly rid itself of imperialism is to unite and forge policies that are in the continent's interest both strategically, economically and politically.

This week's episode of Ghana in Focus is an analysis on the hottest topic in Ghana this week namely corruption in Ghana in the guise of the outrageous Cecilia Dappah affair.
We start by advising that corruption is endemic in Ghana and has become a cancer in every facet of Ghanaian society.
We then analyse the outrageous and scandalous notion of a minister of state hoarding US$1 Million, 300 Million Euros and Millions of Ghana cedis.
We hint that one feasible way for these huge sums of money to be hoarded is THEFT of state resources by the current government.
We then point out that the so called investigation by the police and the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) will come to nothing as the rich and powerful in Ghana are able to bypass the law with their influence.
We point out the outrageous nature of the money at the residence of the former minister by citing the things this money could be used for socio development programmes in Ghana.
We end by stating that Ms Dapaah should be tried before a court of law and put behind bars to serve as a severe deterrent to those who seek nefarious means to enrich themselves at the expense of the masses of the people.

This week's episode asks the question if Afrikans in the UK have anything to celebrate as it marks the 75th anniversary of contemporary migration of Afrikan people into the UK with the advent of The Empire Windrush landing in Tilbury Docks in June 1948.
We explain that the arrival of the 'Windrush' generation in 1948 DID NOT signify the genesis of Afrikan life in the UK. We point out that Afrikans have been in the UK for thousands of years and in fact ARE THE ORIGINAL people of the UK.
We detail why Afrikans from the Caribbean were invited to come to the UK to help re build the UK after the second European tribal war of 1939- 1945.
We explain that despite the vicious hostile environment that existed at the time of their arrival , in some cases resulted in death, the 'Windrush' generation contributed vastly to the social-economic, development of the UK in areas such as THE NHS, computing, road construction, railways, London underground, factories, manufacturing , textile industry and so forth.
We end by stating that despite some notable achievements, life for Afrikan people in the UK has been a nightmare and this is borne out by the following statistics:
Afrikan (Black) women in the UK are 7 times ore likely to die giving birth or during pregnancy,.
Afrikan men under the age of 35 are 5 times likely to be stopped and search by the police without being charged, in London it is worse,.
The majority of Afrikan (Black) children in UK schools leave school without able to read or write to the international standard.
The UK has more Afrikan (Black) people in prison than any country in THE world including Brazil, The United States and South Afrika.

This week's edition of Afrika in Focus looks at the uprising in France in the wake of the assassination of a young Algerian boy by a White French police officer.
We start by giving a historical overview of how France became a global player. We explain how the French were deeply involved in the enslavement of Afrikan people and made huge fortunes in the process.
We also explain without Afrika France would be a THIRD WORLD country.
We then delve into the FAKE assertion of the French constitution that claims to be colour blind when the reality is the opposite.
We explain the conditions, almost apartheid like the Afrikan and Arab people in France are subjected to on a daily basis.
We end by stating that unless the bigoted attitudes of White people in France change , these incidents like Nahel will continue to happen with impunity.

Huge crowds, now estimated to be in the thousands, have turned up to march and show their support to Nahel's relatives after his death.
Evane, 22, is among them. He tells me: We don’t get hired if we don’t lie on our CV. We don’t have jobs. There is nothing for us - we feel abandoned and on top of that we get attacked by the people who are suppose to protect us. This is one offence too many!

This week's edition of Ghana in Focus highlights the alarming trend of Ghanaian nurses leaving Ghana in search of greener pastures.
We examine the critical factors that is making highly qualified and competent Ghanaian nurses leave Ghana for the UK.
We analyse the role of the UK in actively poaching Ghanaian nurses due to their own shortages.
We argue that both the NPP and NDC ARE responsible for this state of affairs because of their innate lack of investment in the public healthcare services in Ghana including paying a decent wage.
We advise of the dire consequences of the brain drain of Ghanaian nurses on the health care delivery and service of Ghana, including DEATH!!

This week's episode of Ghana in Focus poses the question to ship or not to ship?
With increasing numbers of Africans from the diaspora making Ghana their home, we look at the shipping issue.
Shipping things to Ghana can be very expensive especially if you decide to ship everything to Ghana,
We give examples of the cost of shipping goods from the UK and give the base average cost.
We delve into some of the key reasons why it would not be a good idea to ship things to Ghana including mass corruption at the ports.
We end by citing that these are my personal opinions about shipping goods to Ghana and should NOT be taken as FACT.
We urge you to do your own due diligence and own research before making the decision whether to ship your goods to Ghana or not.
