We’re back!  After a one-year hiatus, we’re officially relaunching Ghet Investing and pulling back the curtain on what the last year taught us plus what we’re building next.

In this “we’re back” episode, we (Kacia + Seena) share our real estate story from the beginning: how we bought our first property in 2022, why we quickly pivoted from long-term rentals into short-term rentals (Airbnb), and what we’ve learned from building a portfolio across multiple strategies, including long-term, mid-term (our Denver quadplex), and short-term rentals.

We also share why 2025 was a much-needed pause season: optimizing operations, recalibrating our strategy, and getting intentional about what we actually want next — instead of staying in “go-go-go” mode.
