The air is crisp. The leaves are falling. Witches and skeletons adorn lawns. It can mean only one thing, it’s Halloween! And WGBI is on the air with another Spooktacular mega-mix by the master himself, Chris Stewart. Songs, trailers, soundbites, and a whole lot more are coming your way. Don’t touch that dial, because WBGI is live!
This week on the show, a lost episode (kinda)! Two weeks ago, we played your voicemails where you gave your suggestions for Halloween viewing that works as a companion film to Ghostbusters. Your suggestions were so great, Troy and Chris talked a FULL ADDITIONAL HOUR about each of the films that came up. It overstuffed the episode too much, so we decided to split it off and make it stand alone. Army of Darkness, The Frighteners, Midnight Hour, Second Sight, and just why is Harold Ramis given a special thanks in the Jim Carrey movie, The Mask? The boys tackle all those subjects and more!

First up, since we weren’t able to talk last week at length, Chris and Troy talk about the deposits being taken for Wizard World’s Ghostbusters Fan Fest 2019. Why deposits? Is it weird to pre-pay for an event where nothing has been announced? And has anything been announced? All of these topics will be covered at great length. Then, on the second half of the show, Troy’s had a hands-on with Ghostbusters World and gives his first impressions, plus is joined by Eric Reich of Ghost Corps and Andrew Krensky of Sony Pictures to talk about the imminent release of the game.
