On this lovely Thursday, I am joined by Jessica Joyce, the author of Reading Is Sexy's August pick-- The Ex Vows. Georgia, the main character of The Ex Vows, is a blend of Rory's character traits with Lorelai's lost relationship with Luke.

Jessica has noticed some patterns about releasing your first and second novels and shares how she gets her brain ready to write. She's of course a Gilmore girls fan and reveals which of Rory's team she's on and why! We love a why! And of course, we have a spoiler chat about The Ex Vows (listen out for the warning!) and how crafting such beautiful emotional arcs for both Georgia and Eli was a lot like taking them to therapy.
