Gin & Tea

After a long and busy day, a nice relaxing tea of camomile and lavender is very much welcomed.

Take time to relax as we are almost half way to Christmas. Not sure how that has happened!

The advent tea calendar finally has a black tea! In the form of a Darjeeling. Which isn't Sophie's favourite, but it is still a decent tea.

This week brings a blend of different flavours, with Welsh Breakfast Tea and a match made in heaven with two of Sophie's favourite gin producers coming together and creating a wonderful gin!

Today's tea of ginger (ingwer) and lemongrass (zitronengras) was a little disappointing, and should have been named Spicy. (though not as hot as you'd like and think!)
