So we have made it to the end of season 3, already! We end the season on a Wild High with the Yunnan F.O.P. tea and Tosh Gin. Both full of lovely foresty and woody flavours, which has been a theme this season.

A new tea to try and a tasty gin from two far Eastern countries! We try Genmaicha tea, which is full of little popped parcels of rice and the full of flavour Sông Cái gin, taking you on a journey from Japan to Vietnam.

This week's episode includes a tea and gin, both gifts and both made fairly locally to Sophie and Craig. We try a tea called Ground by Stoneroot, which is a blend and made by local herbalist Clare. And bought from a 'witch' market for us. And on the gin side, we try Pickering's Gin, the first exclusive gin distillery established in Edinburgh for over 150 years.
