I used to think that I needed to make new content daily. I mean really MAKE new content every day, come up with a new idea, explain it, make it visual, share it, and so on. I have certainly grown since then! Did you know you can make one piece of quality content and stretch it into multiple pieces of effective, valuable and shareable content?

You became entrepreneurs for the freedom and flexibility of making your own decisions, choosing where your time goes, and doing what you love.

Why would we let that be taken from us by letting our businesses consume us to the point of our decisions governing us, never being able to find time, losing the joy of what we do?

But the truth is, that happens all the time! And it is incredibly important that we all learn and take steps to build habits where we can learn to balance work and life in a healthy way.

If you have kids, you know that the importance level of this topic jumps another couple levels too! Because we can’t turn money back into time… we have to use the time we have now and be intentional with it so we can look back and be glad at the relationships we invested in and the care we took with both our work and our life outside of work.
