We have all experienced mom guilt in some form or another, and depending on how and when it hits, we all deal with it a little differently. One area that I have experienced mom guilt a lot myself (and I think is common for women today), is as a working mom.

How do we balance and feel good about the time away? What can we do to be away less? And so on. Because, if we’re being honest, mom’s haven't always worked when raising kids. My mom certainly didn’t; so I've had to retrain my brain a little. And if you have experienced this too, then you won’t want to miss this episode!
