What does it mean to shift your priorities or your mindset? Should these shifts happen over moments throughout your day? Or as the seasons in your life change? Maybe they should happen as your family or business needs change?
The answer really is all of the above and more! There isn’t a right way that works for everyone, or even one way for each individual. Being flexible and learning to create space for yourself while maintaining healthy and productive habits that span over the shifts in your priorities is the key.
To join me for this conversation is Jessie Halvorsen of Mom Elevated. I am so excited to bring this incredibly talented and insightful guest to all of you. Let’s explore this topic and learn together.

Every once in a while you need to pause, take a look around, and hit the reset button. But what does that mean? How do you do it? And why is it so valuable?
In this episode I will walk through answering each of those and talk about what it looks like for me to hit reset and to refocus. It's going to consist of a digital detox, creative outlets, wellness routine, decluttering and organizing, focusing on my mindset and learning something new. And then in business, I'm going to review my goals, reevaluate strategies, network and celebrate achievements.
After this episode you will know what pressing reset to refocus might look like in your life!
