  • वाशिंगटन पोस्ट का खुलासा, मोदी सरकार ने अडानी के लिए पार की सारी हदें.


    लेकिन जो गुप्ता 163 पेज का पावर पर्चेज समझौता था उसमें अडानी को ही फायदा होना था न भारत को न बांग्लादेश को.

    साढे चार करोड़ डालर हर साल $450 million मेन्टेनेन्स चार्जेज बांग्लादेश को देने थे चाहे बिजली बने न बने.
    ये समझौता जब हुआ तो बांग्लादेश अपनी जरूरत से चालीस फीसदी बिजली पहले ही बना रहा है. अभी तक ये नहीं पता चला है कि बांग्लादेश ने कब अपनी ट्रांसमिशन लाइन बिछायी
    हालत ये है कि बांग्लादेश के बाजार में जो बिजली उपलब्ध है अडानी की बिजली उससे पांच गुना कीमत पर उसे खरीदनी पड़ रही है.
    मजेदार बात ये हैं कि 2021 में बांग्लादेश ने अपने 18 में से दस पावर प्रोजेक्ट बनाने का प्लान रद्द कर दिया.
    बीडी रहमतुल्लाह. बांग्लादेश पावर रेग्युलेटर के डायरेक्टर जनरल रहे हैं. उन्होने अडानी के प्रोजेक्ट की समीक्षा भी की थी. रहमतुल्ला कहते हैं कि शेख हसीना भारत का गुस्सा बरदाश्त नहीं कर सकतीं.
    उन्हें पता है कि क्या गलत है क्या सही है लेकिन वो जानती हैं कि अगर वो अडानी को संतुष्ट रखेंगी तो मोदी खुश रहेंगे.
    बांग्लादेश की हालत भारत के किसी राज्य से भी बदतर है
    बांग्लादेश की प्रधानमंत्री के प्रवक्ता और बिजली अधिकारियों ने भी वाशिंगटन पोस्ट के किसी सवाल का जवाबन हीं दिया है.

    Under the agreement, India will have an advantage of 500 acres and 10,000 acres will go to Bangladesh.
    The agreement settles the question of citizenship for over 50,000 people.
    The issue has been a major irritant in ties between the two countries which share a 4,096-km-long border, most of which is porous.
    The settlement of the LBA comes as both countries have settled their maritime boundary.
    On July 7, 2014, the Hague-based Permanent Court of Arbitration delineated the maritime boundary between the two neighbours, the Exclusive Economic Zone and the continental shelf within and beyond 200 nautical miles.

    ट्रांसपैरेंसी इंटरनेशनल की रिपोर्ट को तैयार करने के लिए 180 मुल्कों के डेटा को शामिल किया गया है. इस लिस्ट में भारत को 80वां स्थान दिया गया है. साल 2020 में भारत को 80वां स्थान मिला था.

    म कोर्ट की संविधान पीठ (Supreme Court Constitution Bench) ने देश में फैले भ्रष्टाचार को लेकर एक अहम फैसला दिया है. संविधान पीठ ने बृहस्पतिवार को कहा है कि किसी पब्लिक सर्वेंट के खिलाफ रिश्वत मांगने का सीधा सबूत न होने के बावजूद उसे भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक कानून (Prevention of Corruption Act) के तहत दोषी साबित किया जा सकता है. संविधान पीठ ने कहा है कि इस तरह के केस में जांच एजेंसी की ओर से जुटाए गए परिस्थितिजन्य साक्ष्य (circumstantial evidence) जैसे दूसरे सबूतों के जरिये भी आरोप साबित किया जा सकता है. साथ ही संविधान पीठ ने कहा है कि 'करप्शन कैंसर के समान' है, जो समाज को खोखला कर रहा है.

  • हजारों भारतीय मारे गए, नेताओं ने रिश्वत खाली, योरप में कई सांसद गिरफ्तार यहां शांति है

    कतर पर यूरोपियन यूनियन के सांसदों को करोड़ों रुपए की रिश्वत देने के आरोप लगे हैं।
    मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, भारत के करीब साढ़े छह हजार मजदूर कतर में मारे गए हैं।
    बेल्जियम पुलिस ने यूरोपियन पार्लियामेंट की एक मेंबर के ब्रुसेल्स स्थित घर और उनके पिता के होटल रूम पर छापा मारकर 8 करोड़ रुपए बरामद किए।
    इन सांसद पर आरोप है कि वर्ल्ड कप की तैयारियों में मजदूरों की मौत समेत कई विवादों को दबाने के लिए उन्होंने कतर से करोड़ों रुपए की घूस ली थी।
    बेल्जियम पुलिस ने जब्त की गई रकम की फोटो भी सोशल मीडिया में पोस्ट की है।
    1 करोड़ 54 लाख की मनी लाउन्ड्रिंग का केस तर्ज किया था.

    एमनेस्टी इंटरनेशलनल ने 2022 में अपनी एक रिपोर्ट में बताया था कि कतर में पिछले 10 साल में 15 हजार 21 प्रवासी मजदूरों की मौत हुई है।
    इनमें सबसे ज्यादा 2 हजार 711 मजदूर भारत के थे। हालांकि रिपोर्ट में यह नहीं कहा गया है कि इनकी मौत वर्ल्ड कप से जुड़ा निर्माण कार्य करने के दौरान हुई थी।
    इसके बाद आई मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में कहा गया कि फीफा वर्ल्ड कप के लिए निर्माण कार्य में लगे 6 हजार 500 से ज्यादा वर्कर्स की मौत हुई।
    बुधवार को हुई छापेमारी से पहले भी कतर से घूस लेने के मामले में यूरोपियन संसद के ग्रीस से सदस्य एवा कायली को बेल्जियम से शुक्रवार को गिरफ्तार किया गया था।
    वहीं इटली से ईयू के सांसद एंटोनियो पंजेरी पर भी इस स्कैंडल में शामिल होने के आरोप लगे हैं। उनके घर पर रेड मार कर पुलिस ने 5 करोड़ रुपए जब्त किए थे। इसके साथ उन पर आरोप है कि वो कतर की तरफ से स्पोंसर की गई एक 87 लाख रुपए की फैमिली ट्रिप पर गए थे।
    भ्रष्टाचार की जांच के लिए अब तक 20 जगह छापेमारी
    भ्रष्टाचार की जांच के लिए फेडरल पुलिस अब तक 20 जगह छापेमारी कर चुकी है। इस मामले में यूरोपियन यूनियन की संसद में भी छापा मारा जा चुका है।
    पहले ईयू की संसद में इन मजदूरों की मौत को बड़ा मुद्दा बनाया गया था। जिससे इंटरनेशनल लेवल पर कतर की किरकिरी हुई थी।
    EU सांसदों को वर्ल्ड कप टिकट, फ्री विजिट का ऑफर
    ब्रिटिश एमपी पर भी कतर से तोहफे लेने का आरोप
    पॉलिटिको के मुताबिक यूरोपीयन यूनियन के सांसदों के अलावा ब्रिटेन के सासंदों पर भी आरोप लगे हैं कि उन्होंने अक्टूबर 2021 के बाद से कई बार कतर सरकार से तोहफे लिए हैं।
    इस पर एमनेस्टी इंटरनेशनल के साचा देशमुख ने कहा कि किसी नेता को कतर से रुपए या फिर तोहफे नहीं लेने चाहिए। बल्कि उन्हें तो वहां हो रहे मानवाधिकारों के उल्लंघन के खिलाफ कदम उठाने चाहिए।

    वॉल स्ट्रीट जर्नल में तत्कालीन इंटेलिजेंस चीफ जॉन रेटक्लिफ ने बताया कि चीन किस तरह की तकनीक अपना रहा है. बकौल विभाग, वहां जिस टेक्निक का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है, उसे क्लस्टर्ड रेगुलरली इंटरस्पेस्ड शॉर्ट पेलिंड्रोमिक रिपीट्स कहते हैं. इसमें DNA के कुछ हिस्से को एडिट किया जाता है और उसकी जगह नेचुरल DNA को काम करने दिया जाता है. जीनोम एडिटिंग की कई तकनीकों में ये सबसे कम खर्चीली और फायदेमंद मानी जा रही है. 

    साइंस जर्नल नेचर बायोटेक्नोलॉजी में इस बारे में रिपोर्ट आ चुकी है, जो बताती है कि ऐसे सैनिक युद्ध के मैदान में पहुंचने पर जो कत्लेआम मचाएंगे, सो तो है, लेकिन आम जिंदगी में भी वे उतने ही बेरहम हो जाएंगे. 

    लेकिन अब ह्यूमन जीन एडिटिंग भी इस तरह से हो रही है. कम से कम कथित तौर पर चीन ये कर भी चुका. इसकी शुरुआत शिशुओं में एडिटिंग से हुई. नवंबर 2018 में चीन के एक वैज्ञानिक ने माना कि उसने दुनिया के पहले डिजाइनर बेबीज बनाने में कामयाबी पाई है. चीन की सर्दन यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी में हुए इस प्रयोग में दो जुड़वा बच्चियों का DNA एडिट कर दिया गया.
