केद्र की मोदी सरकार ने देश की झंडा संहिता में बदलाव किया है, जिसके तहत अब तिरंगा दिन और रात दोनों समय फहराए जाने की अनुमति रहेगी. साथ ही अब पॉलीएस्टर और मशीन से बने राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का भी उपयोग किया जा सकता है.

स्वतंत्र भारत के 75 साल पूरे होने के उपलक्ष्य पर आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव मनाया जा रहा है. इसके तहत सरकार 13 से 15 अगस्त तक ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत करने जा रही है, जिसके मद्देनजर लोगों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए यह कदम उठाया गया है.

सभी केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों और विभागों के सचिवों को लिखे एक पत्र में केंद्रीय गृह सचिव अजय भल्ला ने कहा कि भारतीय राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का प्रदर्शन, फहराना और उपयोग भारतीय झंडा संहिता, 2002 और राष्ट्रीय गौरव अपमान निवारण अधिनियम, 1971 के तहत आता है.

• दुनिया का poverty capital या गरीबी की राजधानी बन गया है।

• Business Insider Africa में छपी खबर के मुताबिक अब तक अफ्रीकी देश नाइजीरिया को दुनिया का poverty capital माना जाता था जहां सबसे ज्यादा गरीबों की संख्या थी।

• World Poverty Clock के नए आंकड़ों से पता चला है कि भारत ने नाइजीरिया को पीछे छोड़ दिया है।

• नए आंकड़ों के अनुसार, भारत में अब 2022 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र की अनुमानित गरीबी रेखा से नीचे रहने वाले 8.3 करोड़ लोग हैं।

• दुनिया की गरीब जनता का सबसे ज्यादा हिस्सा, 12.2 फीसदी भाग भारत और 12.2 फीसदी नाइजीरिया में है।

• लेकिन नाइजीरिया में 8,30,05,482 गरीबी रेखा के नीचे हैं जबकि भारत में यह संख्या 8,30,68,597 है।

• भारत में दो सैकेन्ड में पांच लोगों को गरीबी की रेखा से बाहर लाने की जरूरत है जबकि ये रफ्तार सिर्फ 1 व्यक्ति प्रति सैकेन्ड है. यानी गरीबी को काबू करने की कोई सूरत दूरदूर तक दिखाई नही देती

• साल 2020 की State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार भारत में उस समय 18.92 करोड़ लोग कुपोषित थे।

• साल 2021 में Global Hunger Index की रिपोर्ट में भारत के 27.5 अंक हैं जो कि बहुत ही खराब स्थिति को दर्शाती है।

पत्रकार गिरिजेश वशिष्ठ बता रहे हैं कि पास होने वाले बच्चे ठीक हैं लेकिन फेल होने वालोंको भी कमतर न समझे . आज अहम दिन है. बारहवीं के इम्तिहान के नतीजे आने हैं. बच्चों के लिए बेहद भावुक क्षण और उनके परिवार के लिए भी. कई बच्चे इसे जीवन का सबसे अहम समय मान लेते हैं गलत कदम उठा लेते हैं. 

उससे भी ज्यादा बच्चे कोई कदम तो नहीं उठाते लेकिन तनाव और अवसाद का शिकार हो जाते हैं. ये परीक्षा सबसे बड़ा टॉर्चर है क्योंकि इसमें तुलना छिपी है. तुलना न होती तो शायद इतना तनाव न होता.

मेहरबानी करके बच्चों के परिणाम की किसी दूसरे बच्चे से तुलना न करें. परिणाम की तुलना कर भी रहे हैं तो सिर्फ एक विषय की तुलना करें पूरे परिणाम की कतई न करें. जिसमें अच्छा किया है उस विषय की तारीफ करें उसे बढ़ावा दें. बच्चे का भविष्य वही विषय बनाने वाला है जिसमें उसने अच्छा स्कोर किया. वो नहीं जिसमें वो चूक गया. उदाहरण के लिए अगर बच्चा गणित में कमजोर है तो बना रहने दें. बच्चे को बताएं कि गणित के बगैर भी बड़ी दुनिया है. उसे भविष्य की संभावनाएं बताएं. ये न कहें कि आपने गणित में कुछ नहीं किया तो चैप्टर क्लोज़.
