ग्लोबल बर्डन ऑफ़ डिजीज दुनिया भर में बीमारी और मृत्यु के कारणों का डाटा तैयार करता है अब इसकी मेडिकल जर्नल लेसेंट स्टडी को प्रकाशित किया गया है जिसमें यह बात सामने आई है कि ज्यादा उम्र की तुलना में युवाओं को शराब का सेवन अधिक नुकसान पहुंचाता है।
1) मेडिकल जर्नल द लेसेंट में प्रकाशित हुई एक रिसर्च में यह जानकारी सामने आई है कि किस उम्र में कितना अल्कोहल लेना सही है और कितना खतरनाक।
2) रिसर्च के अनुसार वृद्ध व्यस्को की तुलना में युवाओं का अल्कोहल लेना स्वास्थ्य के लिए खतरा पैदा करता है।
3) जानकारी के अनुसार 15 से 39 उम्र के लोगों का अल्कोहल सेवन उनके स्वास्थ्य के लिए खतरनाक है।
4) 2020 में अत्यधिक मात्रा में अल्कोहल सेवन करने वालों में 15.1% 15 से 39 उम्र के लोग थे जिनमें से 76.7% पुरुष थे।
5) रिसर्च में यह अनुमान लगाया गया है कि किस उम्र में कितना अल्कोहल लेना ठीक होगा इसके अनुसार 15 से 39 की उम्र के समूह के लिए 0.136 स्टैंडर्ड ड्रिंक प्रतिदिन का है।
6) इसके अनुसार वयस्कों का दिन में एक गिलास रेड वाइन पीना दिल की बीमारियों स्ट्रोक और शुगर जैसी बीमारियों से बचाव करता है।
7) 40 से कम उम्र के लोग अल्कोहल के कारण कई दुर्घटनाओं से जूझते हैं जैसे कि वाहन एक्सीडेंट,आत्महत्या ।अल्कोहल के सेवन से दिमाग का विकास भी रुक जाता है और साथ ही अन्य और अंगो का विकास भी रुक जाता है।

सीएम ने कहा कि जिन देशों की जनसंख्या ज्यादा होती है, वहां जनसंख्या असंतुलन चिंता का विषय है क्योंकि रिलीजियस डेमोग्राफी पर भी इसका असर पड़ता है. एक समय के बाद वहां अव्यवस्था और अराजकता जन्म लेने लगती है, इसलिए जनसंख्या स्थिरीकरण के प्रयासों से जाति, मत-मजहब, क्षेत्र, भाषा से ऊपर उठकर समाज में समान रूप से जागरूकता के व्यापक कार्यक्रम के साथ जुड़ने की जरूरत है.
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे सामने सामान्य रूप से एक समस्या देखने को मिलती है कि किसी एक वर्ग विशेष में मातृ मृत्यु दर और शिशु मृत्यु दर भी ज्यादा है. दो बच्चों के बीच अंतर कम न हो.
धर्मगुरुओं की भी मदद ली जानी चाहिए
सीएम ने कहा कि जनसंख्या स्थिरीकरण की दिशा में हो रहे बेहतरीन प्रयास को जन सहभागिता व अंतर विभागीय समन्वय के माध्यम से आगे बढ़ाया जाए.
सीएम ने कहा जनसंख्या स्थिरीकरण के अभियान में आशा बहनें, आंगनबाड़ी वर्कर, शिक्षक, त्रिस्तरीय पंचायतों के प्रतिनिधि भी अहम भूमिका निभा सकते हैं. इसमें धर्मगुरुओं का भी सहयोग लिया जाना चाहिए.

दिल्ली में उबर कैब सर्विसेज में यात्रियों को पैनिक बटन की सुविधा दी जाती है। इस सुविधा को यात्रियों के लिए नई दिल्ली में उबर ड्राइवर के द्वारा महिला यात्री के बलात्कार के बाद सभी कमर्शियल वाहनों जैसे टैक्सी और बस में जरूरी कर दिया गया था। ये बटन सीधे पुलिस के सर्विलांस सिस्टम से जुड़ा हुआ होता है। इसकी मदद से यात्री बिना स्मार्टफोन के केवल इसे दबाकर पुलिस को अलर्ट कर सकते हैं।
‘द इंडियन एक्सप्रेस’ की जांच में खुलासा हुआ है कि 2014 में दिल्ली उबर कैब में बलात्कार के बाद कंपनी के सैन फ्रांसिस्को में भी हड़कंप मच गया था, लेकिन बलात्कार की घटना के 8 साल बाद भी दिल्ली-एनसीआर की केवल 11, 000 कमर्शियल वाहनों में ही पैनिक बटन इंस्टाल हो पाया है। साफ तौर पर नियमों को बनाने और उनके पालन करने में यहां पर बड़ा अंतर है। ‘द इंडियन एक्सप्रेस’ ने दिल्ली में 50 उबर की कैब बुक कीं, जिसमें से 48 कैब में पनिक बटन नहीं पाया गया था। इसके साथ ही मोनिटरिंग सिस्टम में कई तरह की गड़बड़ियां पाई गई, जिसमें सॉफ्टवेयर इंटीग्रेशन का मुद्दा काफी बड़ा है, जिसके कारण नोडल ट्रांसपोर्ट एजेंसी को कैब से आए रियल टाइम अलर्ट को पुलिस तक पहुंचाने में समस्या आती है।
