Episode 6 - Becoming Your Own Greatest Hero With Delane Cooper
Episode 7- Embracing Change With Tara Massan
Episode 15 - The Power Of Surrender With Shannon Jamail
Episode 24- How To Practice Filling Your Own Cup With Penelope Magoulianiti

I am so excited to be bringing you this powerful interview with this beautiful powerhouse for the 50th episode of the Girls 4 Greatness podcast! Amy Perkins is on a mission to leave her own unique mark on the world by sharing her own unique voice in as many inspiring ways as she can.
Amy walked away from a 25-year career in education in May of 2018 but she is out there making an impact on a much broader scale through her podcast, consulting, coaching, speaking, videos and online courses. Amy is even on the verge of launching her very own inspirational wine label entitled Every Gal Chardonnay. Amy, along with two of her dear friends from Napa, created this wine to inspire others that anything is possible! Their purpose is to give back to causes near and dear to women everywhere.
I invite you to hear all about how Amy got to where she is today, as well as our very real conversation about the importance of embracing collaboration over competition. Amy and I chat all about how we all can do our part to end more judgment and comparison and instead embrace more love, kindness, and support of one another.
This episode is a fantastic reminder that once again, it all comes back to self-love and a belief in your worthiness to live the abundant life that you deserve!

I invite you all to listen in as this week's guest and I talk all about the importance of truly honing in on what makes you, you and owning it! Brittany Domanick and I have a very real conversation around what it has taken for her to get to a place where she can honestly say she is owning what works for her and her life and what doesn’t.
Brittany is a fashion loving wife and mama to her three and half-year-old son, Cruze. She is a former elementary teacher turned online boutique owner. Brittany has owned Violet Rain since 2017 and as you will hear, she is obsessed with the emotional and time freedom her business has blessed her with. She also loves the opportunities her business has provided her with to connect with women all over the country.
Brittany and I dive into her journey to owning her own boutique but we also dive into the topic of relationships, what makes us truly happy, and the importance of gratitude. I have no doubt that you will be inspired and empowered to continue on your own journey to living the life YOU truly want to be living.

Some of you who are regular listeners of this podcast may recall that several of my guests have been individuals I have met at a conference called The Summit of Greatness or through the School of Greatness Academy, both of which were started by Lewis Howes. Well, on this powerful episode of the Girls 4 Greatness podcast I have the pleasure of interviewing Lewis’ amazing sister, Heidi Howes.
In this episode, Heidi and I chat all about her life as a single mom and how that has inspired her to partner with other powerhouse women just like her to form a beautiful non-profit, Mother In Arms. This organization’s mission is to empower and nurture single moms and their families by providing resources, community, and education.
Heidi herself is a universal Shamanic practitioner, intuitive psychic medium, and transformative guide. In addition to guiding countless people to a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them, Heidi is using her own experiences as a single mom to fuel her passion to see women truly thrive and connect. I have no doubt that you will be touched by Heidi’s huge heart for others, as well as by her wisdom on how we can all create a community filled with less judgment and more support and love.

In this powerful episode, Bernadette Dunn and I have a great conversation around something I seem to touch on a lot in my podcasts, authenticity. After all, living the life we really and truly want to live is going to require us to get in touch with our heart and what is real and true for each of us. And as Bernadette points out, tapping into what brings us true joy and what energizes us is also vital if we are going to live more authentically.
I invite you to listen in as Bernadette shares her take on these topics. More importantly, though, Bernadette shares her own personal story of what it has taken for her to even realize that she was on a life path that was wreaking havoc on her physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Bernadette has over 15 years experience in technology sales where she regularly exceeded sales quotas, won multiple President’s Club awards, and also sat on leadership advisory boards. Bernadette has a B.A. in organizational communication and she holds certifications as an executive coach, a meditation teacher, and an enneagram coach. Bernadette now has her own professional coaching career where she is empowering others to connect to their true self again and to start seeing the best version of themselves. Bernadette has made it her mission to change corporate culture, and I have no doubt that you will be inspired by her huge heart and a deep passion to leave her own unique mark on this world!
