This episode comes after another grief brought on by racism and Police brutality. I discuss what these past couple of weeks have taught me and how I view a sustainable way to move forward within my white privilege to honor our Black friends, family and community. We all have our own process and my aim is to continually invite light into darkness (in this episode it is racism) spaces and let's just say I have learned a lot this past week and have been humbled in my view of my "inclusivity." I also hope this allows us to honor the process we are stepping into and the trajectory of what is to come. 

This episode goes into parts of my journey of coming home to myself (aka radical self love) and I talk about how this is the least selfish thing I have EVER done and HOW it has allowed me to show up in my power and can do the same for you. It's also maybe one of the more interesting shows because I may or may not also incorporate an "analogy" about cheese that likely was not an analogy at all... If you have been hesitant regarding self love or really just over how it is portrayed in the majority of the media. This is for YOU! It is not action friends, it is heart.
