Fresh off of singing into a bullhorn in Times Square (IYKYK), Ana dives right into discussing the hot-off-the-presses cast album for Once Upon a Mattress, how it felt returning to Broadway with such a beloved show and cast, and what it was like playing alongside Michael Urie. Listen as she spills on her 6 seasons on “Saturday Night Live,” including the recent SNL50 celebration. Ana speaks on when she realized she was ready to leave SNL, followed by becoming one of the very first women to play Elphaba in the original company of Wicked in Chicago. Ana speaks about her Quaker upbringing leading to a life of performing, whether it be with The Groundlings, on television, or even the Broadway stage. She shares tidbits about working with Rachel Dratch, Kate Reinders, and appearing on early demos of Hairspray.
