What would it take for us to walk away from Jesus? For those following him after the triumphal entry, a few events challenged the crowd's motives and revealed that their following was dependent upon Jesus doing what they expected him to do. Why do we follow Jesus?

How do we pray according the will of God? What do we allow into our lives that hinder such prayers?

How does suffering fit in to the will of God? Why do good things happen to bad people? Why do people of faith still experience hardships?

David's 23rd Psalm is more than a poetic work for funeral and memorial services. God gave insight in and through David so that we might see what true surrender looks like. Will we accept what it means for the Lord to be our shepherd?

Inside of each of us is the battle between desiring the flesh and desiring the spirit. Our soul will be anchored to whatever side we feed more. Embracing Christianity is surrendering our will in order to follow Jesus and leaving behind the ways of the flesh.

What are you afraid of? What fears or painful experiences from the past keep God and other people at arms length? God wants to free and heal you. Allow his love to push out all fear.

Sexual issues are not limited to those outside of the church. We must be willing to address the difficult topics so that those struggling may be healed and those who do not have information will know how they ought to live. Let's talk about sex.

What is love? Is it possible to have a misunderstanding of what love is? If so, how would that impact how we demonstrate love?

Do we live with a sense of urgency? One of the greatest dangers to any church is a sense of comfortability. We like things our way and often get stuck in a rut. How would God like to stretch us this year?

Pentecost is still for us today. We need the Holy Spirit for life and service. Only through him will we be able to fulfill the Great Commission.
