Unfortunately, there is always going to be something that wants to challenge and shake you! And at times that fear and feeling of defeat is going to cause you to approach your business from a place of desperation. Which isn't the way.

This was recorded to just be a Youtube video so it may feel a bit different to normal, but i decided I want to share here as well.

Whether you're unwell or in a time of "creative block" this is the perfect time to really listen to yourself. We look to the daisies and dandelions with their sun-responsive flowers, opening and closing to receive the sun's energy or looking to their roots to draw in their nutrients. We can do the same!

I'm back! after a couple of much-needed weeks off I am back, prompted by my lovely friend asking if I would be doing any more episodes. So a huge thank you to SJ for signalling to me that my podcasts are being received and heard in exactly the way I hoped they would be, a cheerleader friend pondering in your ear.

Let's face it, in this fast-paced world we are expected to just keep jumping from one thing to the other, to keep on keeping on, keep churning out products, content, emails, spinning all the plates and breaking our necks with all the hats which leaves very little room to take a pause and celebrate and appreciate exactly what it is that you have achieved!
