It has been precisely 30 years since the Unite Nations held an all important meeting to discuss the question of human rights, during which the Vienna declaration was produced. Three decades on, perhaps it's time to reflect and rethink the definition of human rights. What constitutes human rights and does any country have the right to monopolize the definition of human rights? A meeting was held in Beijing recently to discuss just that.
