More than 15 years ago, Thomas Friedman wrote, “I prefer the term “global weirding,” because that is what actually happens as global temperatures rise and the climate changes. The weather gets weird. Dr. Falk is a research professor in computer and Information Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania and director of the Crypto and Society Lab.
