Hi glow fam! We are back with some more affirmations. This is a short set of affirmations to help you live a balanced life.

The truth is, what you think matters. Your thoughts influence your reality and that shape your actions. Positive affirmations can help you develop a more positive perspective that leads to more positive actions. Endless negative self-talk creates a negative energy that can lead to negative actions. Whether you notice or not, the thoughts that you think influence the way you see the world. I hope these affirmations help<3

Affirmations have the power to rewire your brain and create new brain pathways. The only trick? They need to be repeated!

Wherever you are and whatever you are doing- simply repeat after me either out loud or in your mind. It is a great idea to turn this episode into a meditation and repeat the affirmations in a meditative state. Also just playing them in the background is a massively powerful thing to do!! <3
