  • 9. how to shake off a bad vibe + preserve your inner peace

Summertime gals!! I know we've been looking forward to this season for ages, and we've built up really high expectations for what our summer is to be and all the good memories we will make. Underlying all that is the assumption that everything's going to be coated in good vibes all the time. Because of this, we forget that there are other energies at play that can disrupt our picture perfect plans. Honestly, catching a bad vibe is inevitable. But hear me out: you can still have the perfect, 'summer i turned pretty' summer! I recorded this episode with the goal of helping everyone maintain the vibes all season long, so I hope you all enjoyyy!!

  • 7. living your best single life + escaping the emotional dependency rut

Okay we are finallyyy getting into the long-awaited topic of romantic relationships! Y'all knew this was coming because I work in a psychology lab that investigates romantic relationships, and so obviously this is just a huge passion of mine. We are delving deep into relationship therapist territory here guys. However note that this topic was inspired by my own personal experience getting in and out of relationships, trying to find happiness and fulfilment along the way. I have learned that it is never a good idea to fill that hole in your chest by chasing down attention from a guy. Long-term, this coping strategy is not reliable; it can only leave you hurting more. So today we are really emphasizing how to embrace your single era. You want to be so at peace with your own life that you need nothing from no one.

  • 6. how to eat intuitively and live a holistic lifestyle with @remihaik + my ibs experience

Okay besties! Tune in for the girly chat vibes today as we are joined by @remihaik, who is a certified naturopath, nutrition coach, and personal trainer. This is definitely more of a chill episode: rather than sticking to our typical 20-minute format, we are just gonna sit down and kick our feet back for a conversation about holistic health and intuitive eating. We discuss how it is important to listen to our bodies in a world where it's so easy to fall pressure to ungrounded ideals of perfection. We have become so desensitised to the negative effects of diet culture; we must now work to cultivate more positive attitudes towards food. Additionally, in this episode I unpack the topic of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and delve into what I've learned from my experience of it.

We're continuing the Ivy League Chronicles today! Finally, I cap off with a list of lessons I learned that hopefully any listener can take and apply to any initiative in life.

  • 3. the ivy league chronicles, part one: how i got on exchange + navigated culture shock

We all hold pivotal moments in our lives. My year at Cornell University was one of mine. In fact it was potentially the best year of my life. But it wasn't easy getting there. Today, I bring my own hustle story to you. I called this series 'the ivy league chronicles' because I've always dreamed of attending an Ivy League university to some extent, and it's an aspiration I'm sure many of you have shared too. I discuss the step-by-step process of attaining my exchange offer from Cornell, and then I break down the essential differences that marked the experience for me. Hopefully, this episode serves to guide those of you seeking a similar opportunity for growth.
