Current literature indicates that podcasts can be an effective educational format to reach health professionals across the continuum of medical education, addressing a myriad of topics pertinent to providers. This series serves as an overview for what wellbeing and burnout look like in today’s medical environment. This podcast may be beneficial for physicians, residents, fellows, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and all others working in the healthcare setting (including those in supporting roles). This series of podcasts is comprised of six 15-minute episodes, each focusing on a different aspect of wellbeing. Episodes will be released on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month (January – March 2022). Those taking part in the “Wellbeing Wednesdays” podcast series will learn best practices to mitigate burnout, all while focusing on evidence-based patient care.
