The past several months have been jagged AF, I've been inward AF, but I'm feeling a pull to heal as open and honestly as possible. Here's my rough draft of getting back into recording and technology, and sharing my healing journey.

I'm learning about myself, about technology, about tending to my inner garden and about unconditional love. That's why you ain't seen me in a minute.

As I prepare to enter my 40's in a couple weeks, I'm realizing we get one hot minute to do what we were put here to do. And August marks the start of me doing it.
