We have an experienced and hard working personal trainer with us today. His name is Alonzo Massey. We will be talking about mindset preparation and simple eating plans to achieve health and wellness success.
He has been in the fitness industry since 2009 and has always had a passion for helping others. Like many others little boys his age, his story started on the grammar school basketball team with the idea that if he became a little stronger, a little faster and jump a little higher, maybe that popular kid in school would be him! It didn’t quite turn out that way, but in the process he found something worth so much more.
After getting out of the military, he decided to go after my passion in health and fitness by obtaining my personal trainer certification through the American College of Sports Medicine and also becoming a certified Fitness Nutrition Coach through NESTA. In 2009 he started Fit4Life by Alonzo, a personal trainer company that helps individuals lose weight and have fun doing it. With Fit4Life by Alonzo, it is his way to pass on my knowledge to others who dreams are to live the way they want without any limitations. Helping others has become his passion and the thing that drives him 365 days a year.

Duration of the effect[edit]
The EPOC effect is greatest soon after the exercise is completed and decays to a lower level over time. One experiment found EPOC increasing metabolic rate to an excess level that decays to 13% three hours after exercise, and 4% after 16 hours.[citation needed]Another study, specifically designed to test whether the effect existed for more than 16 hours, conducted tests for 48 hours after the conclusion of the exercise and found measurable effects existed up to the 38-hour post-exercise measurement.

We have a different and refreshing kind of dentist with us today. Her names Bernice Teplitsky Mosion. We will be talking about Holistic dentistry” what it is and why you should consider it.
Dr. Bernice Teplitsky has worked in the dental field since she was hired as a 16-year-old dental assistant. After high school, she enrolled in Marquette University, where she graduated with a degree in Biomedical Science. She completed Marquette University’s dental school with a Certificate in Gerontology.
After being diagnosed with Mercury toxicity in 2011, Dr. Bernice learned that her exposure to mercury was coming from her patient’s fillings as well as her own. Stunned at the unknown and damaging effects one’s oral health could have on overall health, Dr. Bernice has since dedicated her career to improving the lives of her patients and her staff by practicing a more natural, holistic form of dentistry. She is constantly evolving her practice as new research emerges, and concentrates her practice on biocompatible materials, removing harmful bacteria and toxins, education, and helping patients have healthier mouthes.
She practices general and holistic dentistry and is the owner of Wrigleyville Dental, in Chicago, IL. She is a member of the International Association of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and is currently president-elect for the Holistic Dental Association.
