As much as we regret to involve listeners in the daily squabbles of the host and co-host of The Goalkeepers' Union Podcast, sometimes we do require an opinion from elsewhere.

Manuel Neuer's performance in Bayern Munich's eventual exit from the Champions League had Rich riffing on the role of a sweeper 'keeper and how that translates in England's lower leagues.

We also cover the rest of the Champions League Quarter Final action, while casting an eye over another set of games in the EFL.

Dean Henderson looks to be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's No1 moving forward at Manchester United, Bailey Peacock-Farrell stepped in for Nick Pope and performed admirably in Burnley's home defeat against Newcastle, while Graeme Souness produced some questionable analysis of Vicente Guaita's display in a heavy loss for Crystal Palace.

In the EFL, Cardiff fans were surprised to see Dillon Phillips replaced by Alex Smithies, birthday boy Ben Amos produced a Man of the Match showing in Charlton's big win over Sunderland and Josh Griffiths continues to earn deserved plaudits for his consistency on loan at Cheltenham from West Brom.
