Have you ever read anything in Scripture and wondered how that could have been possible? Or have you ever thought that our outrageous situations are entirely too big for God to handle? Jeremiah the prophet spoke these words that remind us that the maker of Heaven and earth is never stumped or stuck:
"Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee..." (Jeremiah 32:17)
We are mistaken if we ever think that God can't do something. We fail to remember that God's will factors into everything He does. Our prayers come with expectations attached. Detach the expectations and replace them with faith. Believe that God can and will do what is best, even in the worst situations.
This episode examines a passage from Acts 12 about the apostle Peter, who was in a very impossible situation. Peter's "impossible possible" is relevant to our lives today as we face our own challenging situations. Challenges are just opportunities for God to show His unlimited strength and mighty power. Grab your Bible for this faith-increasing passage.
