Be content with the circumstances of life and have the capacity for lasting love and happiness by learning and using God’s plan. The Christian life is unique. You can have God’s happiness. True happiness. God designed you to be happy but not apart from Him. If you are trying to find that peace, security, contentment, and capacity apart from God, it won’t work. “These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you and your joy may be full” (Heb 12:2). Once you begin to think as Christ thought, you will find happiness depends on God’s true happiness, not people or circumstances. “The eye has not seen, the ear has not heard, the heart has not felt the amazing things God has for you” (1 Cor 2:9)
