Now this is eternal life: they will KNOW YOU, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, Whom You have sent (John 17:3).
Oh, what joy you'll receive from knowing God. In knowing God, you'll come to know who you are and enjoy the ease and refreshment that comes from being in relationship with Him.
See, it is by entering into relationship with God that we begin to experience our salvation (deliverance, protection, peace, prosperity, preservation, etc.). When we try to do everything on our own - try to get ourselves right, follow all the rules, dot every "i," cross every "t," etc., we fall into the stress of religion and forfeit the very salvation that God has provided for us.

Many times when God calls us to do something, we have a hard time wrapping our minds around it. We immediately think of all the reasons we CAN'T do it - like Moses, who when God called him to go speak to Pharoah, "reminded" God that he had a speech problem; or like Jeremiah, who, when God called him as a prophet, "reminded" God that he was just a child.
Humility says, "I AM who God says I am, I HAVE what God says I have, I CAN DO what God says I can do."
How do we get to this point?
We have to SEE what God sees. We have to surrender our vision of ourselves and submit to His vision of us. When God tells us who we are, He also tells us what we have and what we can do. He gives us the entire outfit!
Join us for this exciting Bible Study as they examine instances in the lives of Joseph, Jeremiah, Moses, and Joshua to answer these questions:

April 04, 2021 Happy Resurrection Day! Keep the Celebration Going! (4/4/21)
In the United States, we have a holiday called Christmas. Christmas is the time that mainstream America celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ. As wonderful a celebration as that is, it is only the BEGINNING of the story. The fact of the matter is, if Jesus had not died and risen again, we would not have anything to celebrate.
It is because of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection that we can have a relationship with our Heavenly Father. When we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we shall be saved (Rom. 10:9). When we receive Jesus - i.e., make Him our Lord, He comes to lives inside of us, and we can keep our Christmas celebration going all year long!
See, CHRIST = The Anointed One and His Anointing.
MAS = Celebration.
Therefore, CHRISTMAS = Celebration of the Anointed One and His Anointing.
When we make Jesus our Lord, Christ lives inside us, and it becomes the Celebration of the Anointed One and His Anointing IN ME! We can celebrate Christmas all year! All because of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection!
Happy Resurrection Day!

March 31, 2021 Resurrection Day - No More "Easter as Usual" PART 1: And We Shall Know the Truth (3/31/21)
Hi, Katherine here!
As Resurrection Day approaches, I can't help but reminisce:
One day when I was eight years old, I went outside to play with my friends. When I went outside, everybody came running up to me, "Guess what?! Guess what?!"
I was like, "What?! What?!"
They bombarded me with the latest news, "Mrs. H got saved! Mrs. H got saved!"
My first question was, "Saved from what?"
One of the little boys said, "Saved from the devil."
And immediately I said, "Well, I want to be saved from the devil."
God heard my prayer. Less than two weeks later, I got saved. Hallelujah!
That was my full understanding - that when we got saved, we got saved from the devil. I believe that's a lot of other people's understanding, too.
I want you to know that while it is true that we get saved from the devil and from the power that he possesses - if we're happy just to get saved from the devil, we don't learn how to BE saved from the devil. We won't learn how to live so that the enemy's power doesn't have power over us. Because after all, we're happy we're going to heaven! Jesus died for our sins! We're happy we get to live with God forever!
But many times, we don't learn how to live on earth without going through hell until we get there. This results in people struggling with the idea of God and their salvation. They're like, "Why doesn't God help me? I thought life was supposed to be better as a Christian...."
