Today Pastor Mark will be touching on a bit of a sore subject…tithing. Anytime money is mentioned, opinions and feelings instantly flare, don’t they? But don’t go into this message expecting to have someone tell you that you HAVE to give to the church – not at all! Pastor Mark will simply be laying out what Scripture has to say about giving, and what that means for you as an individual follower of Jesus. Pastor Mark will be reminding you that giving to the Lord – either financially or with your time and energy – is to be done in response to what God’s done for you! He gave you new life, and now He’s inviting you to join him in the work He’s doing on earth. So if you’re eager to participate – jump in!
