Today's word comes from Ezra 9:7-15

1 Kings 22:1-21 The wisdom here is to never allow yourself to be lured into philosophy or doctrine that contradicts what has been proven in your life. That is the truth of God learned from His Word, by the indwelling of the Christ of God. By this wisdom we learn and understand the intended purpose of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the courage to stand firm.

Nehemiah 1:1-11

A perfect example of forgiveness and how to help others repair broken relationships and friendships..

In this chapter Paul acknowledges Titus in the gospel and encourages him to beware of the qualities spiritual leaders should possess. Titus was advised to rebuke those of contrariness when it comes to the gospel.

Paul is encouraging and teaching Timothy as how to run with the torch of gospel preaching. He warns him of a variety of spirits he will be confronted with but not to waver from the gospel.

Paul here warns Timothy that he would face some that would be contrary to the gospel of Jesus Christ; but that he should not be moved by them but to encourage the Saints to hold fast to the gospel even when some begin to fall away.

Paul’s warnings to the Saints in Thessalonica to be ware that they are not deceived to turn away from the gospel that saved unto doctrines and philosophies that will doom them that are taught by those that reject the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This is attempt by the apostle Paul to encourage those that believe the gospel of Jesus Christ to be mindful of their character and be grateful to God for salvation from darkness and sin because of living by the wisdom of men only.

Paul here is instructing the people of God to stay away from people whose wisdom is of this world and follow steadfastly the teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
