This story epitomizes true love. Paul praises the brethren for their love for him is thankful for how they constantly aided him. But now he is asking them to demonstrate that same love to brother Onesimus who has been born again now, and helping him.
Here we recognize Paul’s admiration for his spiritual son, Timothy, and is encouraging him to how fast to the truth that he knows that he Timothy has learned. Even so today, we should keep each other encouraged in the Lord.
In this we realize wisdom shared by the Apostle Paul to his spiritual son Timothy. He is warning Timothy to hold fast to the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ and not deceived by false teachings coming from those that have been deceived by Satan to teach doctrines contrary to the plans of God for his people to live in obedience, with joy and thanksgiving.
From this passage of scripture we learn that Paul praised the Thessalonians for their faithfulness and their concern from each other. He also requested their prayers for him as he would against much opposition go on to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The apostle reminds the Thessalonians of his preaching and behaviour. He reminds them of the purpose of the gospel, as we should today, that is bring a man out of sin and the darkness of following the rudiments of man”s wisdom into the brightness of soul salvation .
We should learn how we are admonished from experience how to treat others; whether believers or not. Persons that have supervision over others should be very mindful of the wisdom of Jesus Christ; as you would that others do unto you do ye also unto them.
In this we learn from God through Apostle Paul how we should live by the Holy Scriptures; in that we be mindful of our character and how we treat everyone. Demonstrate the love of God our father by loving each other as much as lieth within us. In doing so God will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory.
In this passage of scripture we should recognize the fact that those that are blessed to be a part of the church of Jesus Christ is because of God’s agape’ love for humanity. No one can buy salvation; deceive God and sneak in, or do enough to be chosen one over another.
Here we find admonition from the Apostle to the Galatian church to be mindful of the truth that has justified them was by faith and not by the law. He reminding them of the promise God made to Abraham.
