Episode 38 of the Goin' to Work podcast is here and it kicks off with the weekly intros and there is more misfortune for one of the hosts. The MVP of the week segments follows the intros. The Lions week 10 matchup resulted in a win, but it managed to feel like a loss. D'Andre Swift was a huge bright spot for the boys in Honolulu blue. There's not much to talk about with the Spartans and Wolverines because they are TERRIBLE. Some of the guys think Jim Harbaugh's hot seat just got even hotter. The NBA draft is Wednesday at 7 PM and it'll be interesting to see if the Pistons stay put picking at 7 overall or try to get up to a top 3 spot. The Fab 5 segment was inspired by the fantastic finish to the Bills/Cardinals game. The show wraps up with the boys talking about The Masters and how great it was to see the event back playing in November. 

Episode 37 of the Goin' to Work podcast is here and kicks off with the "MVP of the Week" segment. The show turns into more depressing Lions talk, followed by the "Fab 5" segment. College Football Playoff hopes are nonexistent for both Michigan and Michigan State moving forward the rest of the season. The boys also discuss the issues with the college football playoff format. The Pistons announced they are pursuing a higher draft pick to try and get Lamelo Ball. The Red Wings extended a big point producer for 4 more years. The Tigers have their new coaching staff finalized and a familiar face is still in town with the team. Finally, the show wraps up with some predictions and hopes for The Masters.

The Tigers announced and introduced their new manager, but The Commish wasn't exactly thrilled. The Pistons have their new G-League team name. The "Fab 5" gives us our favorite fall and winter foods. The Motown Sportz DK league was dominated by one man this week. Wrapping up the show, a bet is honored.

Episode 33 of the Goin' to Work podcast is here and it starts with the "MVPs of the Week". Steve Yzerman increased the Red Wings capital by an additional 2 picks and he nailed the draft for a rebuilding team. Free Agency also opened up this week and Stevie Y added a handful of veterans to add to the young Wings team. The "Fab 5" segment honors those Detroit players that haven't had their jerseys retired. Big Ten Football is just under two weeks away from resuming and the boys look at the expectations for the two Michigan coaches. The Cowboys suffered a huge loss with Dak Prescott going down with a gruesome leg injury. That leads the boys to ponder the question, will the Lions move Stafford to Dallas? Last but not least the Motown Sportz Draft Kings winners get their shoutout.    

On Episode 32 of the Goin' to Work podcast, the boys kick off the show by recapping their weeks. The show then leads into the "MVP's of the Week" segment. After that, the guy's breakdown the Week 4 loss to the Saints. They all agree its time to clean house and that the Patricia experiment needs to be over. From there Steady Eddy gives us a quick preview into what the college football season will look like for the Wolverines and Spartans. More news came out this past week of who the potential managerial candidates for the Tigers will be. The Red Wings also announced they wouldn't be bringing back a long time player. The episode jumps into the MVP's of the Week segment with Steady Eddy somehow forgetting that's a weekly thing. The Tigers season is officially over and there are a lot of questions going into the 2021 season. The Lions FINALLY got their first win of the season against a good Arizona Cardinals team. The Red Wings made their first offseason moves this week that had a lot of fans confused at first. The show gets wrapped up with the Motown Bets segment. 

On Episode 30 of the Goin' to Work podcast, the boys kick off the show with their "MVPs of the Week" segment. From there, they dive into the abrupt news of Tigers skipper Ron Gardenhire retiring with just one week left in the season. Playoff hopes are all but gone, but there were a lot of positives to take out of the shortened season. The middle part of Episode 30 covers the Lions and the nightmare start to the season. The Packers dominated the Lions on both sides of the ball after the 1st quarter. Is it time for a major overhaul? The boys have strong opinions on what they think should happen. After covering the Lions and Tigers, the guys touch on the US Open since they're all golf nerds now. The final part of the show covers the "Motown Bets" for Week 2 of the NFL.

Episode 29 of the Goin' to Work podcast is here and so is NFL football! The boys discuss the devastation of another Week 1 loss in a game they were up by three scores going into the fourth quarter. The Lions lose two key defensive backs to injury and Jamie Collins has the most boneheaded play of the century. The schedule only gets tougher as the Lions look to rebound against a strong Packers team that fell shy of putting up almost 50 points in their season opener against the Vikings. The boys also discuss what they hope to see out of the Tigers in the final weeks of the season. The rookies have impressed and have rightfully earned a spot on the team next year. The MVP segment leads off the show and the Motown Bets segment wraps the show up with the boys gaining more confidence now that they've see all the teams play Week 1.
