"You have responsibility for your kindgom. And for that you need to be able to say no and set a boundary."
It is my pleasure to once again welcome the amazing Helge Hellberg to the podcast, this time in English, as the show has grown into an international sensation, and we both wanted to reach as many of you beautiful people out there! Helge is an internationally acclaimed executive coach, lay-ordained Buddhist teacher, musician, and artist. Let me share a bit about Helge's background for those who may not be familiar with him. Helge Hellberg is renowned for his expertise as an executive coach, guiding and empowering individuals from various walks of life. His spiritual journey and passion for personal development have also led him to become a lay-ordained Buddhist teacher. On top of that, he is a multi-talented individual with a deep love for music and art, adding a unique touch to his teachings and approach. Earlier this year, I attended one of Helge's workshops, and I must say, the impact it had on me is still ever present. This experience served as a perfect starting point for our conversation today. During our discussion, we delved into the fascinating topic of archetypes. As I have mentioned on numerous occasions, Helge's work effortlessly combines teachings from various schools, traditions, and lineages, all culminating in his profound exploration of archetypes. I was keen to learn how Helge became acquainted with archetypes, why they hold such power, and what insights we can draw from them to enrich our everyday lives. This episode is a beautiful exchange between two men who are both on their individual journeys, striving to become the best versions of themselves. Once again, I was reminded of the immense privilege I have in sharing time and space with someone as insightful and inspiring as Helge.
Upcoming Workshop with Helge - "The Power of Archetypes and Your Authentic Self" - September 23/24 in Hamburg

Soul family, we're back with another episode! This week, I bring you Steve Macari. Steve spent his twenties and early thirties working within the finance industry as a hedge fund manager and saw his life turn upside down after a surfing accident. Being open, curious, and receptive to spirituality, shamanism, Qigong, and other forms of healing, Steve embarked on a journey of holistic health. He studied the mechanics of health, nutrition, and fitness with Paul Chek and worked as a health coach for numerous years. He later discovered Qigong for himself and began practicing while developing his very own healing technique called O.U.T. - Organize, Understand, Transmute. I recently stumbled across Steve's Qigong videos on Instagram and was instantly captivated. I always somewhat knew that I wanted to extend my spiritual practice and daily routine with more physical exercises, and I feel like I've finally found what I was looking for - thanks to Steve. I admire his calm, wise way of sharing his wisdom around those topics and the very approachable way of his practice with Qigong. Also, Steve's story beautifully displays how life can play out - if we let it, if we surrender. Enjoy!

It is with profound reverence and the utmost respect and admiration for her work and shared wisdom that I present today's episode with the one and only Alison Armstrong. After Vince recommended Alison's work on the podcast, I conducted my own research and arrived at the same conclusion as he did when he said, "There's nobody on the planet who understands men and women better than she does." Alison's renowned work has been published worldwide, and she is a best-selling author of various books on intimacy, relationships, love, men and women, and polarity, including her notable work, "The Queen's Code." After conversing with Alison, the respect I hold for her wisdom has only grown stronger. It is truly captivating to witness her effortlessly flowing, the same flow or channeling that inspires her when she writes her books. We delved deep into how she came to write about these profound truths and insights regarding men and women, exploring the unique relationship she shared with her late husband, Greg, who passed away four years ago. We also discussed the importance of loving boundaries and maintaining a strong sense of self-love and self-respect as the foundation for intimate relationships. These topics resonate with me on multiple levels, making this episode one of my favorites. I am humbled to have had the opportunity to speak with Alison, and I am thrilled to announce that this will not be the last time we hear from her. We are already working on a follow-up episode, so stay tuned. From the depths of my heart, I send infinite love to all of you.

Dear podcast family, this week, I am thrilled to share with you a profound episode featuring a truly special guest: Luke Walsh from "The Healing Forest". Luke is not only a father and a podcast host, but also a forest bathing guide. He is the owner and lead facilitator of "The Healing Forest," a sanctuary where he and his wife facilitate profound healing work within the realms of shamanism, men's and women's circles, kundalini activation, Reiki, and much more. I stumbled upon Luke and his remarkable work through his own podcast, "The Healing Forest Podcast," which I wholeheartedly recommend for you to listen to. Luke's ability to hold space and genuinely connect with his guests is mesmerizing. From the moment I began listening to him speak and pose questions, I found myself fervently jotting down notes. His presence in the world is truly extraordinary—gentle, purposeful, and beautiful. It was an absolute honor to share time and space with Luke, delving into topics such as the therapeutic power of nature, the essence of manhood, and the profound journey of fatherhood. We also explored the art of holding space for those in need. Luke's words and his work have deeply moved me, and I can only urge you to explore the offerings he provides. Thank you for being here. I love you.

Soul family, we're back with a mind- and heart-blowing episode today. I'm speaking with British-Venezuelan scientist, author, and ecologist, Dr. Stephan Harding from Schumacher College in Dartington Trust. Stephan was born in Venezuela in 1953 and came to England at the age of six. Since childhood, he has had a deep fascination with the natural world, and his scientific mindset led him to pursue a degree in Zoology at the University of Durham, followed by a doctorate on the behavioral ecology of the muntjac deer at Oxford University. There are very few people alive today who have comparable insights into the fields of deep ecology, Gaia, and the spirituality of nature, which made this a truly special conversation. I'm humbled and deeply grateful to have shared space with Stephan and to have him share very personal lessons, insights, theories, and experiences of his own interactions with nature, spirit, and everything beyond. I know that as a species, we're facing a lot of challenges right now, and that's why I believe this episode is even more valuable and important to share. There's hope—the answers lie within each one of us.

Hello dear podcast family! This week we're diving deep into the topics of sex, pleasure, intuition, tantra and one of my favourite divination tools: Theta Healing. Today I'm speaking with Franziska Block aka franziflows. Franzi is a Theta Healing practicioner, tantra- & yoga teacher and a writer & poet. After checking out Franzi's work online, I was amazed by her charisma and knowledge around the deeper questions and topics of life. Shortly after we've connected, I went on a Theta Healing session with Franzi and believe me when I say that it was nothing short of transformational. This work is so deep, powerful and profound - it's really amazing. In this particular conversation, we went deep into the mechanics of Theta Healing and how this beautiful work can help you to reconnect to your true essence. Of course, we touched on much more including relationships, love and self-love.

Beautiful soul family, how excited I am to bring you this absolute gem of an interview with such a special guest and human: Luca Fogale. Luca is a Canadian singer-songwriter whom I had the pleasure of meeting at one of his recent shows in Berlin a couple of weeks ago. His intentional, tender, soft, thoughtful demeanor, as well as his incredibly moving, honest, and beautiful music, have been big inspirations for me for many years. The way the conversation unfolded felt so natural and organic that it left me feeling as if Luca and I knew each other long before (and maybe our souls did). I'm so grateful for these opportunities and conversations as they come from a very pure place within myself and the people I so much admire and respect. Luca is one of them. You'll know why after you've listened. Enjoy.
