There’s great pride in Quin this week as the village celebrates a major milestone winning a Gold Medal in the Tidy Towns competition.

The award recognises years of dedication from volunteers and community members who have worked tirelessly to keep the village looking its best.

Pat O’Brien, the new Chair of Quin Tidy Towns, had a chat with Alan Morrissey on Friday's Morning Focus about what the achievement means for the community and how they hope to build on their gold standard in the years ahead.
