Body image is a combination of the thoughts and feelings that you have about your body. It is a mental picture that one forms about their shape, weight, complexion, or individual body parts, influenced by experiences, culture, or upbringing.

Very simply, Body image is how we perceive our bodies and how we think and feel about our physical appearance.

The process of Inner healing can actually take a toll on your mind and your body, and as we focus on the process of healing, in rounding off this series, it is important to know how to nourish your mind and your body to facilitate the inner healing process.

Inner healing involves four aspects of the human being:

Your biology - The physical functioning of the brain and the body.

Your psychology - How you think about or process your development.

Your sociology - The events and people in their lives.

Your spirituality - Connection to purpose, God, past and present selves.

Vulnerability is entirely about one’s own emotions, thoughts, feelings or experiences and NOT the actions, inactions, thoughts or feelings of another person.

Vulnerability is focusing on one’s own weakness and not the weakness of another person.

Vulnerability is basically acknowledging the log in your eye, without seeking to address the spec in your neighbour’s eye.

Vulnerability is not saying what I don't like about you, it is acknowledging the thing in me that makes me struggle with not liking that aspect of you.

Vulnerability is looking inside oneself and actually acknowledging the truths that make us fragile and weak.

Forgiveness is the conscious decision to let go of resentment, anger, or the desire for revenge against someone who has wronged you.

The need to forgive implies that you were wounded by someone else, but the inability to forgive is a self-afflicted wound on your soul.

Unforgiveness is you wounding your own soul and expecting someone else to bleed.

The problem is that the devil has succeeded to make many people accept different fears as the norm.

Fear, is basically a strong belief in the devil.

Fear is unholy.

Fear opens the door to darkness.

Fear robs you of your right to operate as a son of God.

Fear takes away my authority and capacity or exercise dominion.
