This Queen has had some time to integrate and while in the eye of the Lions Gate Portal i have come up for Air to share some insights from what I'm learning.

I talk about the different energey centers and the way they communicate with us. To understand your own ones more look into Human Design, Gene Keys, Astrology, They all have a different aspect to shine lights on to see what resonates and what lands as your truth.

I share the necessity of cultivating the warrior spirit. How we can keep deepening our resilience. My tools which I've used to strengthen from being in survival for so long and into Thriving like a Boss babe who only keeps getting stronger.

Mindset Hacks to adapt into.

Cuties of the GOLDEN STUDIOS WORLD

Its some BIG information here i just touch on the surface, which has literally had me TRANSFORM my experience of being in my business.

Repairing and healing our wounds on either side of the polarity allows us more room to blossom into our true gifts and the genius we are here to create from.

By integrating and making amends with our Masc/Fem we can move in more wholeness, more unity as we evolve in business, life and health. The lense through these energetics has tremendously supported me. I hope you receive something from this episode. Let me know on my IG @goldenbymareah for more discussion and conversation around this topic!!
