Golf Is Ruining My Life

It today's episode The Tom's look inward (what, like they haven't been for the past 3/4 years) and ask the big question - Does golf REALLY make us happy? And the answer they give might not quite be what you expect. Also, driver breakthroughs, scoring in medals and chipping triumphs.

Last night we all had our collective hearts broke as we watched a GOD DAMN golfing gent not quite get it done in the US for the umpteenth time. Tommy deserved that W but was robbed in the closing stages. In today's ep we dive into that 18 holes on Sunday, Green's 82 in a COMPETITION and Price's new chipping prowess.

Another Monday and another major done... it was difficult out there with a rain delay halting proceedings. Green and Price delve into what they can take from JJ Spaun and put into their own game PLUS a deep dive into an EPIC 18 holes at Centurion GC, leaving the boys battered and bruised.

Here we go then - a third day of hell in Oakmont for the golfers, and heaven for us mere mortals watching them toil.

On the show today we try and work out who is going to win (Adam Scott pls) and just why Rory keeps getting himself into the media spotlight.

AND don't forget our new video is heading to YouTube today, in case you want to see some properly good golfers rather than this absolute shower at the US Open. (that is a joke)

See you tomorrow for final round chat!

Do you like the sound of two people Google'ing facts about day two at the US OPEN in Oakmont... then GOODNESS me you've come to the right place! The Toms are back with a handful of Tepid Takes and the term 'peppering the rough' has never been more apt.

The third major is here and day one is in the bag.

Tom and Tom take a half hour out of their busy schedules to talk through some of the highs and a LOT of the lows.

Expect stats, laughing at the rough and a lot of speculation as to how badly they'd play on that course. And more!

You can see ep on our YouTube, and make sure you join us tomorrow for another trawl through as we take an in depth look through round two.

Cheers!

It is the US Open week... we are now half way through all the majors of the year (sad) however, it's a bumper 2025 with the BMW at Wentworth & The Ryder Cup ALL still to come. Also today, the Toms dissect WHY aren't younger golfers joining casual club comps and how to get non-golfers into the sport
