We are totally and completely off the rails in the first part of the episode. So either apologies or you're welcome. Tate finally makes the pick of Before Sunset, the 2nd movie in the Before Trilogy. We try to talk about mature conversations but seeing as all three co-hosts are not mature, the conversation is not mature. Jacob does make an intelligent sentence at one point that just so happened to silence the other two. Tate is once again the lone man out in an argument against Jacob and Sage. We also sing a lot. Also, a big shoutout to The Deucecast Movie Show for making it to 500 episodes recently.

In this episode, Sage chooses a movie that will more than likely mess him up for the foreseeable future, 2004's Million Dollar Baby. Sage and Jacob team up against Tate to try to convince him that a certain part of this movie is realistic and shouldn't impact the "enjoyment" of the film overall. We also talk about Hilary Swank's all-time acting performances, Morgan Freeman's narration ability, and how legendary Clint Eastwood truly is. Before we get into the movie, however, Jacob tries his best to pay tribute to his favorite comedian, Norm MacDonald.

In Jacob's next movie pick, he proves that John Candy was indeed a real actor and not just a figment of his imagination. To do this, Jacob has to take us back to 1987 in John Hughes slapstick comedy, Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, or as Sage would like to call it, Planes, Trains and Mostly Automobiles. In this review, the boys cover all of the comedic highlights from the movie and the heartfelt story underlying it all, along with debating Thanksgiving food and the best and worst holidays. If you listen until the end, you'll get to hear about the surprising 10-point bump from Sage and a little bit of banjo from our main man Steve Martin.

Welcome to our second edition of our Listener's Choi.....well, that was what this episode was supposed to be. We couldn't all get together in time to review a movie and record so you are stuck with Jacob and Sage. We talk about our favorite TV shows, movies, perfect fast food meal, SPORTS, streaming services, vacations, unpopular opinions, and then get into our preview of the movies to come in the rest of 2021!

In probably the most hectic opening of this podcast, Tate finally lands on 1995's, Before Sunrise, the first movie in the Before trilogy. The dichotomy between optimism and pessimism is astounding throughout the majority of the review. We get into the use of silence, why dialogue-heavy movies work so well for one co-host and why one hates it, and we attempt to answer the question, what is love? Baby don't hurt me....no more....well not really but we do talk about if we think love at first sight and a soul mate are real things.

Jacob is flabbergasted when the movie was first announced and that flabbergast didn't really end once the review starts. Tate and Sage break down the funniest moments for them while Jacob highlights why this movie didn't quite work for him.

In this very special episode, we review two 2021 movies. We start with the Anthony Bourdain documentary, Roadrunner. We talk about how and why Anthony Bourdain had such a cult following, why a tire company rates restaurants, and some of the missteps this documentary could have made. We then review the travesty that is M. Night Shyamalan's newest movie, Old. This movie stunk. And not in a good, fun way. Two of the three co-hosts almost walked out of the theater.
