Today's chat is about manifestation. I have been someone who has faded in and out about believing in this practice... or maybe that's not the right word.
I've faded in and out of practicing manifestation.
Every time I've tried it, it worked. I have been reminded of this lately so I've been giving it another shot.
In today's episode, I talk about how I do it. I'm listing the YouTube recommendation and practice below.
1) Pick out three areas in your life: home, health, relationship, finances, job (just some examples)
2) Get a pen and paper. Write down what you want and THEN write what is the emotions associated with this manifestation. (Safety, connection, community, freedom, etc)
3) Turn on this music in the background (or pick your own): https://youtu.be/fAtrjQ2f9ys
4) Set your timer for 10 minutes.
5) Either write a journal entry for 10 minutes or speak out loud like you are talking to a friend about the life you are envisioning. Talk about it like you already have it or at least talk/write about the steps you will take.
6) Make it a consistent practice. Something you do everyday or at least 3-5 days a week. Do it for about 3 weeks and let me know how it goes.
