I let you guys know where I succeeded, where I failed, how I modified and whether or not I will continue with the practice. I also touch on the principle of aiming for 10% better on goals you set the week before or the month before. The concept is to look at your progress and only aim to do ten percent better each week or month and eventually you can create a sustainable habit or practice. Also, Starbucks released a Peppermint Mocha Coffee grounds. I happily enjoyed that this morning and will be probably drinking it the whole month of December. The podcast is an hour long and it talks a lot about what we know about the brain and also touches on what we will never know about the brain. David Eagleman is a neuroscientist and a best selling author. I was really excited to come across his research about our brains.
