Mom guilt is something that follows us around from the moment you get pregnant, “I do not think I ate healthy enough today”, and sticks with us forever, “Why did I yell so much today”. We always want to encourage women to be the best moms that they can be but we also want to shift from mom guilt to mom grace. Motherhood is hard and sometimes we are our own hardest critics.
