Nicole has a daughter with a physical disability and Allie worked with adults with intellectual disabilities for 14 years. Melissa Luepke and Nicole had such a great conversation that it continues in this week’s episode. In this episode they talk about how to talk to your kids about loss. Losing in sports, academics and in arts can be hard to stomach, but it is a part of life. They also talk about how to talk to your kids about romantic relationships. Teaching your kids the importance a healthy marriage and a healthy way of finding that forever partner.

She is also a Director of Christian Education at Nicole’s church and has worked with youth for 20+ years. She and Nicole talk about lots of hard topics.
