After starting a vegetable farming business with just his R350 Social Relief of Distress Grant during the COVID-19 lockdown, Nicky Jafta has grown it into a thriving enterprise - with some of his produce even being ordered from Namibia. He credits the South African Institute for Entrepreneurship (SAIE) for giving him the business guidance that helped turn that small grant into a turnover of around R20,000.
