Lester Kiewit speaks to Zahid Badroodien, City of Cape Town Mayoral Committee Member for Water and Sanitation, about a protest in Strand over disruption to water supplies, which was resolved. City engineers were working on a large water supply pipeline which had burst, and had run into some difficulty. Water supply tankers were dispatched to supply water to affected communities, but at times the demand was greater than what was being delivered.
