Mari is once again in for Rosemary.

Jacobi, even through his depression, was able to make us laugh, talked bears, disco attire, polka music, invading Poland, cows and goodness knows what else.

Gary Shapiro joined us. He first busted the myth that exercise is healthy. He then had lots to tell us of the production code of  Hollywood, and its demise. Bill never knew the version of the orginal King Kong he saw as a kid was a trimmed version. Gary likes very much Footlight Parade. Apparently the tomatometer agrees with him.

Rosemary is on vacation in the Caribbean. Mari Segura is sitting in for her. She and Jaime Smith discussed gravy more than I knew is possible. I was perhaps excessively impressed by an image of a gravy skimmer, revealing me for the bumpkin I am. We also learned one can sell meat stock for three times as much just by naming it bone broth.
