The Afternoon Update with Lynlee Foo

Good Tech: Making paperwork simple to understand for our seniors

Listen Later

For many seniors, official letters can be confusing, even intimidating. But what if technology could step in to read, explain, and even guide them through what to do next?

That’s exactly what LetterKey is building. This group of people are creating a simple tool that scans physical letters and turns them into clear, spoken explanations — even in local languages and dialects.

On Good Tech, Lynlee Foo speaks to Owen Gan, Product Designer and Cham Li Hui, Product Manager and from Letterkey to find out how this is bridging the literacy gap among our seniors.
