I've begun to shift my perspective from Good vs. Bad to what we Like and what we Dislike which in turn deems what is favorable or unfavorable, easy or hard, positive or negative.  There's a lot of discipline and sacrifice in becoming the more evolved 'You' and in this episode I explore what I think is a great start to being intentional on a daily basis. I've had huge spurts of success and productivity which are often followed by no energy and death-scrolling on the internet for hours at a time. This episode serves as a reminder that slow and steady wins the race. Enjoy!
