Bill welcomes Jimmy Z to the pod, who announced Sunday, that after 21 years Jimmy Z's Plates and Shakes is closing at the end of the month. Bill plays the local CBS News coverage of the Jimmy Z closing and the end of the news clip is something Jimmy has been dealing with his whole life! Jimmy explains why he has decided to close the business and what's next, as well as memories and funny stories from the past 21 years. Bill says we tell more about ourselves on social media than we think and plays a news clip about a woman with several warrants for her arrest picked up by police after she went on Facebook live from a Chuck E. Cheese. The police were watching and knew right where to go! Bill, Jimmy and Mark talk about firing people and Bill says that 20,000 people have uploaded videos of them being fired to Tik Tok, these videos have amassed over 300 million views. Bill plays a young woman's video of her being fired over Zoom, she had a remote job, she stuck up for herself with some solid points and the CEO of the company saw her video and did not like how the firing was condcted. However, Bill thinks posting these videos are refelctive of a broader shift towards transparency and authenticity in the digital age, BUT he thinks posting them feels like tatteling and it is better to keep this private. Mark and Kevin disagree and think this is fair and the young woman in the video presents a soldi argument, Bill thinks business is cold and there is no place for feelings at times. Bill plays a bit of Billy Joel's new song and debate if this song is a comeback and who had the biggest comeback in rock, solid cases for Aerosmith and Tina Turner. Racin' Randy joins after the Daytona 500 wrapped and Kevin won $105 on DraftKings.
