After a cyberattack made the list of GiveSendGo donors to the protest convoy public, some media in Canada have been using the hacked list to further their stories. According to Ezra Levant with the Rebel Media, major Canadian media outlets have been combing through the illegally hacked database of GiveSendGo donors, emailing them, and asking them to explain their donations. Levant says this is "Trudeau's state broadcaster... doxing Trudeau's political opponents," and noted that those contacted may suffer financial penalties under the Emergencies Act.
