About Jessica:

Jessica Fieldman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose practice has three main focuses: 1) young adults feeling overwhelmed by the transition to life after college; 2) individuals struggling to find love; and 3) couples facing difficulty starting a family. Jessica has Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate University, a Master’s Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Her life journey has included finding a satisfying career path after years of unhappiness, working through several unhealthy relationships until ultimately finding a supportive and loving partner, and undergoing multiple rounds of fertility treatments in order to start the family that she wanted. Jessica believes that therapy can be a wonderful tool for self-exploration, restoring relationships, and working through hardships. She aims to help her patients in their healing process.

Rachel and Arthur speak to Joe Tabbanella, a Certified Hypnotherapist and Motivational Speaker. He is certified as an instructor of Neuro-Linguistic Programming  (NLP) and MER (Mental and Emotional Release). They discuss:  

Joe graduated with honors from Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), the first accredited college for hypnotherapy, and was awarded The HMI Clinical Achievement Award for Outstanding Accomplishment During Clinical Residency. He is an instructor at HMI, as well as a mentor to its students.  He teaches students how to incorporate biofeedback into hypnosis as well as the importance of self-regulation in stress management.  In addition to teaching, Joe is a group facilitator and hypnotherapist at Milestones Ranch Malibu. Joe focuses on educating and empowering his clients to develop rapport with their subconscious mind, helping them achieve their goals and live the life they desire.
